4. Orders and Shipping

Dr Safiyya Lambat accepts orders for delivery within South Africa only. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but typically take 2-5 business days. We will do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. Shipping insurance is available as an added cost, please add this to secure your package as Dr Safiyya Lambat will not be held liable for damage and/or loss in transit.

5. Payment

Dr Safiyya Lambat accepts the following forms of payment: YOCO Payment portal & EFT. We use secure payment processing to protect your information and ensure the privacy and security of your financial transactions. Orders will remain on hold until funds have cleared in our account.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund within 24 hours of receipt. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping back to us.

7. Warranty

Dr Safiyya Lambat does not offer warranty on any products sold on this site.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dr Safiyya Lambat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of any products.

9. Disputes

Any disputes arising from your use of this site or the purchase of products from Dr Safiyya Lambat will be governed by the laws of South Africa.
